Articles Management

In Article Manager you can view and act on all items included. This interface is presented as a list of items sorted by descending date article.

On this grid are allowed a series of actions that facilitate navigation and data storage:
  • Ordering: simply click on the name of the column to sort in ascending/ descending mode
  • Items per page: click on the field at the top right
  • Search: use the text field and selector fields in the lower right (Fig. 1)
  • Export: use the selector at the bottom left (Fig. 1)
Then there are a number of elements button, marked with different colors depending on the actions to which they are linked. On the left side of the grid there are live action edit, delete and preview while on the right there are a series of check ON / OFF switch that allows you to activate the article online as well as in many other modules. Each action is related to an article, corresponding to the row it is placed.

Modify
Action to modify the corresponding line item.
Delete
Action to delete the corresponding line item.
Print preview 
View a printable version of the corresponding line item.
Web preview
View the corresponding line item inside the web interface also if still disabled.
The ON/OFF check refers to different actions identified by icon on the appropriate column.
HOMEPAGE
It actives the element on the homepage of your website.
FEED
It actives the element in the feed to which it is associated (for more information see chapter Feed Area).
NEWSLETTER
It actives the element for the automatics newsletter automatiche (for more information see chapter Newsletter Area).
STATE CHECK
It's the most important check because determines the effective online element activation also in others modules. With this check OFF the element will not be displayed on the site, nor inside the modules in which the element is active.
