Newsletter Report

In Newsletter Report Area, the administrator can monitor send status of different newsletters.

On this grid many actions are allowed to nvigate and save data simply:
  • Order: you only have to click on the name of the column to order ascending/descending

  • Per page items: click the selector at the top right

  • Search: use the text field and selector fields in the lower right (Fig. 1)

  • Export: use the selector lower left (Fig. 1)

In the grid, a columns set useful for initial evaluations:

  • Sent: total emails sent
  • Read: total emails opened by useres (this datum is based on a scripts set that can be disabled by recipient's email client; so this datum is not reliable, but inticative only)
  • Click: total clicks done one emails sent.  

Furthermore, there are many button elements identified by different colours depending on the actions to which they are linked. On the left side of the grid there are actions edit, delete and preview.

Actions allowed:

Delete
Delete the element row.
If newsletter is in WAITING status, it will be deleted sending the draft. If newsletter is IN PROGRESS status, sending the draft will be stopped
Print Preview
View a printable version of the element row.
