Email Management

In this area you can display and intervene on all users emails. This interface is a list of elements sorted by date added.

On this grid many actions are allowed in order to navigate and to save data simply.

• Order: you only have to click on the name of the column to oreder ascending/descending.
• Items per page: click on the selector top right
• Search: use the text field and the field selector lower right (Fig. 1)
• Export: use the selector lower left (Fig. 1)

Furthermore, there are many button items identified by different colours depending on the acions to which they are linked. On the left side of the grid there are editing and delete actions, while on the right side there are ON/OFF checks which allow to activate and disable email.  

In the grid there are statistics data concerning each user.

• Tot. Sendings: total newsletters send by the email.
• Tot. Readings: total emails opened by the user (this date is based on a scripts set that can be disabled by questo dato è basato su un set di script che può venir disabilitato dai the recipient's mail client; this is why it not should be considered reliable but indicative only).
• Tot. Clicks: total clicks made by the user.

These data can be deepened thanks to data displayed on Readings Log and Clicks Log (in the navigation menu).

Allowed actions are:

	Edit Edit the element row
	Delete Delete the element row

I check di ON/OFF si riferiscono Icons on the column:

STATUS the most important check that determines the effective activation of the email. If it is off, user will not receive newsletter.
