Entering/Editing Directory

The interface for entering and editing Directory are identical.

To add a new directory click on New Directory on the navigation menù. 

The interface (Fig. 1) is presented as a list of fields text where the red color highlights the obligation. Each data form presents at the top a series of tabs that let you to interact with a different group of fields data.

The Directory's card is composed by the following tab:

• Main: it allows you to manage the basic description of the Directory (Fig 1).
• Limitations: it allows you to define access limitations to the Directory as (Fig 2):
  
  • Reserved to User Group: it allows you to reserve the Directory to one or more user groups. 
  • Reserved to Users: it allows you to reserve the Directory to one or more users.
