Surveys Management

In Surveys Management is possible to view and intervene on all surveys done. The interface is a list of items sorted by descending date.

On this grid many actions are allowed to facilitate navigation and data storage:

• Order: you only have to click on the column name to order in descending/ascending way. 
• Per page items: click on selector ot the top right.
• Search: use the text field and the fields selector at the lower right (Fig. 1)
• Export: use the selector at the lower left (Fig. 1)

Furthermore, there are many button items identified with different colours according to the actions they are linked to. On the left side of the grid there are edit actions, delete and preview, while on the right side there are some ON/OFF checks which allow you to activate the survey both in the history and in the specific box. Each action is related to the element, corresponding to the row on which they are placed.

 

Actions allowed are:

	Edit Edit action of the element row.
	Delete Delete the element row.
	Print Preview View a printable version of the element row.

On/OFF checks refers to term status both in glossary section and in the different pages in which it is presen:

	STATUS It is the most important check in determining the actual activation of the item both in the history and eventually in surveys box.
	ACTIVE IN THE BOX This check allows you to activate surveys in the box. If you activate more check simultaneously, the last survey inserted will be displayed.
