Terms Management

In Terms Manage,ment is possible to display and intervene on all key terms added. This interface is a list of items sorted by descending date.

On this grid many actions are allowed to facilitate the navigation and storage data: :
  • Order: you only have to click on the column name to order descending/ascending.
  • Items per page: click on the selecter at the top t
  • Search: use the text field and the fields selector at the lower right (Fig. 1)
  • Export: use the selector at the lower left (Fig. 1)

Furthermore there are many button elements identified by different colours depending on the actions to which they are linked. On the left side of the grid there are edit actions, delete and preview while on the right side there are many ON/OFF checks that allow to acrivate the term. Each action is related to the item corresponding to the row on which it is placed.
Actions allowed are:
Edit
Edit actions of the element row.
Delete
Delete the element row.
Print Preview
View a printable version of the element row.

 




ON/OFF checks refers to term status both in glossary section and in the different pages in which it is present:
STATUS
It is the most important check in determining the actual activation of the item, both online and in other modules. Keeping in OFF this check, the item will not be displayed in the website, nor in descritpives in which the item is present.
