Attach form for sending data to article or section 

When entering/editing an article (or section) it is possible, through the Options Module tab attach a form to send data (Fig. 1).

This object will be displayed on your website, within the detail portion of the article after the descriptive content (this setting can change depending on the layout of the website).

From the button Attach a form you can select a previously created form through the

Forms Area module.
